Example as strength through community strength through action and strength through disciplinalso strength througall lot of others things. It was a very scary proces and the teacher r

Info piece

My group of 4 is doing abig project about wind energy, wind energy is basicly  one of the renewable energy sources, and also dosent pollute the air. The way you get wind to produce energy is to make a wind turbine. This is how it works: The main places you would put a wind turbine is areas that have high levels of wind. When the wind hits the turbine it causes the massive blades to move in a straight direction, causing them to make electricity. But that only creates 18rpm which is not even enough to power a house. But the wind that hits the blades travels to the generator inside the windmil and then generates 1800rpm of energy which is enough to power 10 houses forever. But if you count how much wind farms there are in the world you can power a gigantic amount appliances that need electricity. And also heaps of Houses. This is also one of the most used renewable energy sources in the world.

Nuclear Power

Nuclear energy is a great way to produce a lot of energy with a tiny piece of uranium, also that one finger tip piece  of uranium is the equilevent to 150 gallons of oil. There are a lot of upsides like no air pollution but the downsides defenetly more worse.Like death and radioactive danger.

Measurement

From  Christopher  Parathyras

TV GUIDE @   5 hrs:  –  Futbol Town  Show  30min;    The Simpsons  30 min;   Family Guy  30 min;   Bargain Hunt   1 hr;    The Block   1;    Myth busters   1;      Auction  Hunters  30 min;

PERIMETER OF  STADIUM –  The perimeter of a standard  basketball court is 268ft  & the length is 34ft  longer than the width.  That means that Susie walked a total of 82 metres around the basketball stadium.

FLAGPOLE FOR SCHOOL – The average height of a flagpole is 6.1 m , the average amount of string for the school flag pole would be  4.2 m. There fore the size of the flag itself would be 1.37 metres long.

PERIMETER OF AN ASPHALT –  I estimate that 136 people could fit around the perimeter of  our asphalt.

PETER’S  6 PLANKS OF WOOD – The total amount of wood is  1,320 cm:  I designed my fence to be of a  zig zag  style to  suit the wood lengths that I was given.

INTER-SCHOOL SPORTS – My track that I chose was the coburg west primary school oval, the time they should aim for each lap is 20 seconds and pace it quitE slowly.

THE NEW PLANTED  ZIRCON – I believe the approximate  months could be  2 months,  3  weeks  &  3  days.
